Senior Police Officer in WB Suspended for Breaking Rules

A senior police officer in charge of West Bengal`s para-military force, Eastern Frontier Rifles appeared before television cameras with his face covered in black cloth. He accused another police officer of failing to shift police to a safer place.

Maoists attacked the police leaving 24 policemen dead. The senior officer has been suspended for breaking service rules.
