Lack of Communication Between Maoists and WB Government, War Continues

Hopes of a ceasefire between the Government and Maoists in West Bengal have vanished.

The Maoists did not send any fax any `official` ceasefire proposal to the Home Ministry. The Home Ministry officials did not phone the Maoists leader Kishenji either.

Therefore the `war` continues.
