The Minister for water resources of Bangladesh , Hafizuudin Ahmed has expressed his deep concern that if India goes ahead with her plan Bangladesh might be turned into a desert. He discussed the issue in details with Buddhadev Bhattacharya , the Chief Minister of the Indian state of West Bengal.
