In the wake of recently concluded 17th SAARC Summit in Maldives, we seek to evaluate the success and failure of SAARC in meeting its objectives over the last 26 years since it was formed . We also take into consideration the global changes over these years, particularly with TERRORISM becoming an indispensable factor of concerns because of its present position in some of the South Asian Countries .
