Dr.Sirajul Islam Bhuiyan teaches mass communications at Auburn university, Alabama. He is working for a world Bank project entitled ‘higher education quality enhancement project’. Under this project of 81 million dollars he has been conducting teachers training programs in a number of universities in Bangladesh including some universities in Dhaka and Chittagong, both private and public. He talks about this this project and the traings programs that he conducted in Bangladesh recently.
