The court ordered four provisional measures binding in the favor of Rohingya. He added, how far did Myanmar implement the four provisional measure? To be clear let me highlight the four provisional measure: 1. To prevent all act under article 2 of the genocide convention. 2. Ensure that Myanmar military as well as any irregular armed units, which may be directed or supported by it, public organizations or persons which may be subjected to its control, direction or influence do not commit act of genocide, conspiracy to commit genocide, direct and public incitement to commit genocide attempt to commit genocide or complicity in genocide against Rohingya. 3. Under Genocide Convention Article (2), take effective measures to present the destruction and ensure the preservation of any evidence related to allegations to the genocide on Rohingya. 4. Report on its implementation of the order within four months as from the date of the order and thereafter every six months until a final decision on the case is rendered by the court. Every report should be communicated with the Gambia which will then summit to the court its comments thereon. I am very sure that when we look at the ground's situation of the Rohingya people, Myanmar has changed nothing neither they are implementing court orders. He said, Myanmar still trying on implementing their plans with systematic discriminations against Rohingya in Rakhine state.. I believe the ICJ would finally inform or refer this case to the UN Security Council. If UN Security Council take it seriously and implement with right of protection (R2P), then the Rohingya issue will be solve, otherwise we would continue to suffer. But at the UN Security Council, there is always one or two veto country on the Myanmar side. However, on the top of that the United States has a special power, Articles of Confederation, section 13 and according to Articles 6/9 the power to declare war and bring peace and stability to any country. It is the only last option to solve the Rohingya crisis. He added, if we can approach the neighboring countries to put more pressure and sanctions on Myanmar likes EU countries did, Myanmar eventually will have to come to talk for a permanent solution of the plight of Rohingya. All the conflicts started since Burmese took over after British, Mohammed Eleyas told VOA Rohingya Lifeline during the interview.
