The West Bengal Legislative Assembly was today adjourned for the day without transacting any business following the death of former Prime Minister P. V. Narasimha Rao.
The discussion on the controversial West Bengal Block-level Pre-litigation Reconciliation Board Bill which is aimed at settling village-level disputes by the Board without taking them to the courts was also adjourned.
