Two Pakistani Militants Killed by Their Own Bomb

Pakistani police say two suspected terrorists have been killed by their own bomb after it exploded while they were planting it on a road in a remote part of northwestern Pakistan. The blast occurred near Swat, a town northeast of Peshawar, the capital of North West Frontier Province. Police say the suspects' identities were not immediately known and they were still investigating. Police also found three unused bombs near the scene of the explosion. Pakistan has had several terrorist attacks since its president, General Pervez Musharraf, threw his support behind the U.S. war on terror after the Sept. 11th, 2001 attacks in the United States.
