Dr Basudev Chatterjee, an eminent historian and Ashutosh Professor & Head of History Department in Calcutta University , in this interview with VOA talks about his book , "The Jingle of Bell and Short Story of the General Post Office of Kolkata."
Dr Chatterjee received a prestigious Rabindra Award for this book which narrates the history and evolution of the postal system during the Raj.
