A two-day Indo-Bangla secretary-level talks began today in New Delhi. It is expected that the issues of border fencing, illegal migration and terrorism will be discussed at the meetings. Home secretary, Mr Safar Raj Hossain, is leading the Bangladesh delegation. His conterpart Mr VK Duggal is leading the Indian delegation.
