Kolkata Municipal Corporation has decided to launch a campaign against soft drinks, targeting schools in particular, in the wake of the findings on pesticide contamination in Coke and Peppsico products by an environment group last week.
The Kolkata’s mayor is writing to schools in Kolkata, asking them to discourage consumption of soft drinks by children.
