Sharif Chowdhury a Bangladeshi American lost his daughter Shakila Yasmin and his son-in-law Nurul Haque Mia on September 11, 2001 in the terrorist attack at the World Trade Center .
Shakila and Nurul were newly married and they both worked at the World Trade Center. In an exclusive interview with VOA , Sharif Chowdhury says how has waited for a long time for the remains of his daughter and son-in-law and having found the remains, they buried them.
He says every year September reminds them of the tragedy and he his family had to go through . He only hopes that peace returns to the globe.
