Shahana Rahman works as Deputy General Manager-Operations for the newly launched modern hospital facilities in Dhaka, Bangladesh, named 'Apollo'.
Ms. Rahman worked as a vice president for the American oil company Mobil, in Bangladesh before joining Apollo hospital. At Mobil she worked in Human resources, Administration & Public Relations.
During her recent visit to USA she toured some of the American hospital facilities to get acclimated with their operational activities. Her aim is to gain more knowledge of hospital operations and apply that in her work in Bangladesh as much as possible.
In this interview she talked about hospital facilities in Bangladesh including that of Apollo and also her experiences in USA.
