Bangladesh's interim government has directed the country's election commission to clean up the voters' list and set a new date for the polls scheduled for January.
A 14-party opposition alliance has alleged that the list contains names of people who are either dead or do not exist, which it says can be used in favor of the outgoing government.
Another demand of the opposition to remove the election commissioner has already been met.
