Dr. Stefan Frowein, ambassador and head of delegation of the European Commission to Bangladesh said on Tuesday that European Union Election Observer Mission will come back to Bangladesh within the next two or three weeks.
The Observer Mission was withdrawn when a major political alliance decided not to participate in the election.
