Muinul Islam is a young lecturer in the Asian University of Bangladesh. Muinul was a student of Public Administration although he now teaches Government and Politics.
In this exclusive interview with Muinul Islam talks about the dichotomy and dilemma between the bureaucrats and the politicians. He says that although the politicians are thecases , more efficient than the politicians . On the other hand the bureaucrats are also partisan political interests.
Muinul Islam says that despite the reasonable growth of private universities in Bangladesh , the number is still not adequate to match the number of students seeking university admissions. Muinul , however , said that regulatory bodies should monitor the standard of education in private universities . This interview was recorded when the interviewer was on a trip to Bangladesh.
