Bangladesh Supreme Court on Monday set February 22nd for the hearing of the amended Criminal Procedure Code Ordinance 2007 to separate the judiciary from the executive Branch.
Chief Justice Syed JR Mudassir Husain headed the full bench of the Appellate Division during the hearing.
