Biman Basu , Secretary, West Bengal CPM who is also a member of the party’s highest body Politburo and Chairman of the West Bengal’s ruling left front said that the time has now come to change state own industries to privately owned ones. CPM has changed its old industrial policy and will now encourage big industrialists. He also said that along the change of policy, he would expect people of the state to change their attitude too.
