Bangladesh Election Commission secretary M Humayun Kabir said that the Election Commission expects to sit with the political parties and civil society leaders to discuss the draft of electoral law reforms at the end of April, as a preparatory step towards holding the stalled polls.
However, the draft of electoral reforms were not unveiled on Thursday during a press briefing as was scheduled.
