Fahmida Ayesha is a graduate student at the Department of Journalism in Dhaka University . In our youth program, Fahmida speaks about the Bangla New Year’s Day celebration amongst the youth.
She says that despite globalization and an inclination of the young people towards Western culture, they are equally interested in exploring their own history, reaching towards their own roots.
