S.M. Shajedul Hasan (Nasim) is a Ph.D Student in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Virginia Tech.
He is also an Ex-President (2005-2006) of the Association for Bangladeshi Students at Virginia Tech.
Hasan described the situation on campus when a gunman killed 32 people at Virginia Tech.
He spoke about his friends who were in Norris Building where most of the students died. He also spoke about the Bangladeshi and other students who desperately looked for each other to make sure everyone was okay and mourned the loss of friends.
