The Home Secretary of the Government of West Bengal Prasad Ranjan Roy , in his report to Kolkata High Court has mentioned the role played by the ruling party CPM in Nandigram incident. It clearly said that CPM played a role in the disturbance at Nandigram.
CPM leader Binoy Kumar has expressed his sharp against Mr Roy saying that it seemed that he is not the Home Secretary of the state , he is , as if , the Home Secretary of the opposition Trinomul Congress.
Prasad Ranjan Roy says that he has just mentioned whatever happened at Nandigram. He also indicated that the report was submitted to Kolkata High Court after the Buddhadev Bhattacharya , the Chief Minister has already seen the report
