Indian police say they have found four bombs on a train in the eastern city of Kolkata.
Authorities described the bombs as crude.
They were discovered during a security check before the train was scheduled to leave for the holy Hindu town of Tarakeswar.
There has been no claim of responsibility for the explosive devices.
