Buddhadev Bhattacharya, the Chief Minister of the Indian state of West Bengal that his government has taken initiatives to establish twenty industries and they are asking for approval from the central government of India.
He was speaking in a program organized jointly by the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) and the government of West Bengal.
