Bangladesh has severely condemned the attack on Turkey’s mainland by Iraq’s Kurdistan Worker’s Party (PKK) ‘s guerilla.
The Foreign Affairs Advisor to the caretaker government, Iftekhar Ahmed Chowdhury said that Bangladesh is opposed to all kind of terrorist attacks – military or civil. The advisor added that Turkey is showing enough patience despite provocations by the Kurdish insurgents.
Chowdhury said that Turkey has been playing important roles in the international arena and Bangladesh is interested in improving relations with Turkey.
