A three-day meeting is being held in Accra, Ghana, on ' The Effectiveness of Foreign Aid ' . The meeting is sponsored by the World Bank, OECD and different multi-lateral donor organization . The meeting is trying to evaluate the stock-taking of different countries receiving foreign aid. Bangladesh is being represented by Caretaker Government's Economic Advisor Mirza Azizul Islam .
Also participating at the meeting is Bangladesh's Permanent Representative at The UN & WTO in Geneva, distinguished economist Dr.Debapriyya Bhattacharyya.
