The Government of Bangladesh has requested Indian government to keep an eye on BDR Rebels who might leave their uniforms and try to cross the border into India. The government has asked that in such cases, they should handover the rebels to Bangladeshi army.
On Saturday Home Minister Chidambaram informed that some jawans from BDR outposts had informed the Indian Border Security Forces (BSF) that if Bangladeshi Army try to arrest them , they might seek refuge in India. The Indian Home minister said that they received these requests from over thirty check-posts. India does not want to be involved in this fraternal fight within Bangladesh.
