Bangladesh Social Welfare Minister Enamul Haque Mostafa Shahid has said that the government is very concerned about the Middle Eastern NGO’s activities in Bangladesh.
He said the concern is that these NGOs might be possibly funding extremists.
The minister told newsmen that government is planning to form “Social Security Council” a single body to register, monitor and regulate NGOs.
