In West Bengal, the results of local election was announced on Wednesday.
The Congress-Trinamool alliance in West Bengal won in 13 municipalities whereas the ruling Left Front won in only three municipalities.
Trinamool Congress won in Asansol, Dum Dum, South Dum Dum, Uluberia, Mahestala, Madhyamgram and Rajpur-Sonarpur.
Trinamool Congress combined with Congress won Kulti and Egra. Left Front won Rajerhat-Gopalpur, Gangarampur and Siliuri Mahukuma.
