Nihad Huq recently graduated high school and will attend the University of Houston this upcoming fall.
She is very excited to begin college life, yet at the same time she knows it's going to be a challenge. Her main goal is to make it into medical school and ultimately become a doctor. She finds this field very interesting because it provides so many opportunities and advantages if used properly.
Nihad says "If I am blessed enough to become a doctor I hope to take it a step further. I want to help people in Bangladesh and other countries that need such aid." She says she wants to open clinics in different villages and provide affordable medicine for people who really need it and that is her ultimate goal.
Aside from college and medical school, Nihad also loves to cook, read, and dance.
