In this interview , Air Commodore ( Retd) Alauddin Chowdhury , President Old Rajshahi Cadet Association ( ORGA) talks about their organization's efforts to meet the challenges of Cold Wave in Bangladesh . He says that warm clothings and related relief materials are being distributed in the northern part of Bangladesh.
He added that the members of ORCA coordinate the relief operations . Commodore ( Retd) Chowdhury said that they have a plan for financing very poor people so that do not suffer from terrible cold wave every year.
He also mentions ORCA's activities in other fields too including their big relief operation in Bangladesh during SIDR .
