Dr. Nasir Ahmed Apu is a dentist by profession and has been living in Los Angeles for more than 25 years. He is currently practicing dentistry in Los Angeles and had been practicing there for over 20 years.
Dr. Apu is a famous song writer, singer and music composer. He is also a founder member of pop musical group "Spondon Shilpi Ghosthi' in Dhaka, Bangladesh back in 1972.
His famous songs include Emon Ekta Maa Dena, Sajeeya guzeea de more, Rita jeona chole, Oh Goreya, Paglar Mon Nachiya, Sereeter o shayee potye ajoand many more.
Currently, he has finished a new musical CD album (about 10 songs) which will be released soon from Dhaka and USA. The new CD album will be a mixture of old popular pop and new songs.
Dr. Apu has his own musical band in Los Angeles and most of the members are from Bangladesh: Mr. Kamal - Drummer, Mr. Poppsy - Percussion, Mr. Naser- Lead Guitar, Mr. Lucky- Base Guitar and Mr. Nasir Ahmed Apu is the lead vocalist, lyricist and Composer.
