Bangladesh Law Minister Shafique Ahmed told the media that once they get the copy of the Supreme Court verdict on Fifth Amendment, the government will make its decisions about returning to constitution of 1972 including restoring secularism as a state principle.
Earlier this month, the Supreme Court upheld a lower court decision declaring the Fifth amendment, which dropped secularism as a guiding state principle, as null and void.
