West Bengal Chief Minister Buddhadev Bhattacharyya has announced a special development plan for the minority community in his state and twelve disadvantaged minority populated districts have been earmarked for the purpose.
He also announced state government's intentions to reserve ten percent of government jobs for the minorities.
