In news media in Bangladesh and India, it is being reported that Bangladesh has handed over Assam separatist leader Ranjan Daimary and his two comrades to Indian border security force (BSF).
However, Bangladesh Rifles (BDR) officials denied knowledge of any arrest or handover of separatist leader. Ranjan is the chief of National Democratic Front of Bodoland (NDFB).
