Thailand and India have agreed to form a joint anti-terrorism commission.
The agreement was reached after talks in Bangkok today (Friday) between Thai Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra and visiting Indian Deputy Prime Minister L-K Advani.
Mr. Thaksin says the commission would, in his words, exchange information about terrorists and cooperate in fighting terrorism.
The two sides also discussed trade issues.
Mr. Advani arrived in Thailand Thursday for talks with Thai officials. He heads to Singapore Sunday.
