Pakistan's Foreign Minister's Concerns on Indo-Israel Relationship - 2003-09-10


Pakistan's Foreign Minister, Khurshid Mahmud Kasuri , did not hide his country's concerns on the shaping of a new relationship between India and Israel. Speaking to Voice of America and other news media ,during his visit to Bangladesh, Mr Kasuri said that the military collaboration between Israel and India would hinder the possibility of peace in South Asia. He mentioned that Pakistan has so far handed over 500 al-qaeda activists to the US. He mentioned that there was an excellent co-operation between his country & the USA.During his meeting with Bangladesh's Prime Minister he has formally invited her to attend SAARC summit. He would be visiting India too to formally invite Indian Prime Minister to the summit.
