Veteran Awami League leader Ivy Rahman died after fighting for her life for three days since she was seriously injured in Saturday's grenade attack on the Awami League rally. Ivy Rahman was the women's affairs secretary of Awami League. Both her legs were blown off in the grenade attack on Bangabandhu Avenue. She died at the intensive care unit of the Combined Military Hospital in Dhaka.
