Prof Selina Bahar Zaman, a well-known figure in the educational, literary and cultural arena, passed away early yesterday at the age of 64. Selina Bahar , who taught mathematics in different colleges, including Badrunnessa College and Jagannath University College was associated with Bangla Academy, Mahila Parishad, and Dhaka University Alumni Association.
Author of several books, she also edited many publications. Professor Selina Bahar Zaman , daughter of Habibullah Bahar Choudhury , has contributed immensely towards research in Bangla literature .
