British police are investigating how a top secret file detailing security arrangements for Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf 's current visit to Britain ended up abandoned on a London street.
The dossier in a discarded envelope was reportedly found Sunday by a delivery man who turned the confidential police documents over to the Daily Mirror newspaper.
A Scotland Yard spokesman says the documents did not detail personal protection arrangements for General Musharraf, or compromise his security.
The spokesman says police notified the Pakistan High Commission about the lost documents, and that an investigation is under way.
President Musharraf met with British Prime Minister Tony Blair in London Monday during the Pakistani leader's visit to the country.
