Indian cricket captain Sourav Ganguly brushed aside the security bug when his side arrived in Dhaka yesterday to play two Tests and three one-day internationals.
"I'm not concerned about the security. We are here to play cricket and obviously we are not feeling any pressure," said Ganguly after his team landed at the Zia International Airport at around 1pm.
But the security net put in and around the airport was probably unprecedented for any visiting cricket team following an unverified threat by a little-known Islamic militant group that put the first full series between the two neighbours on a hold for the last few days.
